At Uckers.com Shop, we take pride in offering high-quality products that are built to last. Our team of experts carefully selects materials that are durable and sustainable. We also conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure that each product meets our standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping and Delivery

At Uckers.com Shop, we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time and you can select the most suitable option at checkout.  Our primary method of delivery is via Royal Mail and all postage costs, whether for domestic or international shipping, adhere to the size and weight criteria outlined on the Royal Mail website. Our pricing never exceeds the current standard postage rates. Our standard shipping time is 5 business days, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on our supplier and your location.  For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for these charges.

Returns and Exchanges

As each item is produced individually for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.  If this is the case, please return the unused, faulty item in its original packaging when you return it to us.
